To give a bit of personal background, I have an MBA from Rice University, am detail oriented and dedicated to getting the most for my clients in every transaction. I have been successfully practicing real estate in California for 24 years representing buyers and sellers of land and homes. I am a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist. Being a third generation Southern Californian and growing up on the Palos Verdes Peninsula has its advantages in knowing the South Bay real estate market for a few decades. Giving back to the Manhattan Beach community is a priority for me and I serve on the PTA Board at Mira Costa High School, was past PTA President of the Manhattan Beach Middle School and past PTA President at Meadows Elementary. I also spend time volunteering with the Model United Nations and Boys Volleyball Booster Clubs at Mira Costa High School. I am a life-long tennis and volleyball player and enjoy watching my sons compete in local and national volleyball events. |
